This unit is avaible for manufacturing liquid products ( such as detergent , shampoo, show gel , etc .) it integrated mixing , homogenizer , heating , cooling , pump discharge finished products and defoaming (optional) functions , It is the ideal equipment for liquid products in dometics and international factories . 

Performances and features :
The all-roudn wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency converter for speed adjustyment , so the high quzlity products of different processes according yo vustomer requirments .
The diversified high-speed homopgenizer can powerfully mix CZPT and liquid raw materials and can rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials such as AES ,AESA , LSA , etc . during the liquid detergent production process so as to save energy consumption and shorten production period
The pot body is welded by inported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing , which  fully conforms to GMP requirents
Accordimg to customer requirment , the tank can heat and cool materials . the heating way invluding steam heating and electric heating .. Easy to discharge , button direct discharge or by transfer pump .

Technical parameter 

FMC series of small volume bledning pot is suitable to produce various washing articles, pharmaceutical, fooddtuff production . Heating , cooling , dispersion mixing are availabel .
