Belonging to the low-speed high-torque planetary gear reducer, this product has been certified by JB/T 9043.2, which is applied for mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, energy, construction materials, crane transport, and the main and auxiliary transmission equipment, such as the mining hoist and the heavy duty conveyer.

Technical Features

• The reducers of this series adopt planetary gears for transmission, including single-stage transmission (ZZD), double-stage transmission (ZZL), triple transmission (ZZS), single-stage derivation transmission (ZZDP) and double-stage derivation transmission.
• Both sun and planetary gears are made of advanced nickel-chrome steel, whose accuracy reaches at least the sixth level of GB/T10095 after being grinded through carburizing and quenching heat treatment. Inner gear rings’ accuracy reaches seventh level of GB/T10095 after thermal refining.
• Assure the uniform loading of planetary gears by adopting floating components and crowned-teeth coupler.
• Service life ≥ 10 years
